วันนี้ ผมได้ออกไปฝึกที่ทะเล มีโอกาสได้เจอครูผู้รู้(แต่ไม่อยากพูด) 2 ท่านผู้ซึ่งเป็นผู้คิดค้นเคล็ดวิชาอยู่ยงคงกระพันหรือท่าหน้าเด็กในตำนาน ชื่อ “กระบวนท่า สุนัขแลลง”
Today… I went out to meditate and stretch by the Ocean of Love again… Just like any other days, sunny, breezy, calm, & carefree… Unprecedentedly, I ran into my new zen-like masters who said to be one of the legends invented the baby-face secret, as known as, “DownwardFacingDog”

ท่านทั้ง2นอนรออยู่ที่ชายหาดส่วนตัวของพวกเขา…

It seemed like on their private beach, they were calmly waiting for me but not that ‘waiting’:)

ท่านไม่รีบ… ท่านไม่ใส่นาฬิกามาสอนกระบวนท่าให้ผม… ท่านไม่มีเวลามาตีกรอบเหมือนพวกเรา… นั่นคือ #บทเรียนเงียบ แห่ง #โยคะตื่นรู้ ที่ผมได้เรียนรู้จากพวกท่าน:’)

They have ‘no time’, really they don’t have ‘time’. I mean they don’t wear wrist watch. They taught me about breathing into the divine #Timelessness, #Presence, #kingdomOfGod, #Satori whatever you choose to call it:’)

ดูเหมือนว่าท่านได้ดื่มดำ่กับการหายใจลึกลำ้ ชื่นชมสายลมที่กระทบที่ขนทุ่กเส้นบนใบหน้า…

Now, it looks like they deeply savored every single atom of the breezy air that kissing their fury faces… They are that presence and i was about to cry… What an honor to be alive and witness this simple yet powerful moment!

ผมมองออกไปที่หาดทรายขาวด้วยนำ้ตาแห่งปิติที่ล้นคลออยู่และมหาสมุทรกับลมจุมพิตหน้าผมเบาๆ แล้วผมก็ถามท่านว่า…

I looked out to the beautiful breathtaking scenery and I realized there are some tears waiting in line to cleanse my eyes… Then I asked them a question…

“ท่านอาจารย์… พวกท่านรู้ไหม? ว่าเราไม่จำเป็นต้องรอที่จะตายเพื่อไปสวรรค์เลยนะ พระเจ้า พระธรรม เทวดานางฟ้าช่วยนำสวรรค์มาให้เราบนโลกนี้แล้วนะ ทุกลมหายใจ… ทุกย่างก้าว… ทุกปัจจุบันขณะเลย…”

“Doggy Teachers, do you know, I think #NOW we don’t need to wait to go ‘up’ to heaven anymore. Look around us! It feels like the Divine and every master/teacher that came before us already helped bringing #heavenOnEarth, every breath, every step on the earthly sand, every present moment! Don’t you think?”

((( ความเงียบเคล้าเสียงลม )))

((( Breezy silence )))

ท่านไม่ตอบ (อืม…ผมว่าท่านตอบเป็นความเงียบสงบมากกว่า) ท่านหันมามองด้วยตาดำๆประกายแบบไม่คิดมากอะไร… จากนั้นก็แลบลิ้น…ปนรอยยิ้มกว้างจนเห็นฟัน…แล้วหันไปดื่มดำกับการชมธรรมชาติสมาธิต่อ…

They didn’t answer, at least with sound, yet, that’s more profound. Few seconds later, they both looked back at me (away from the Ocean) and began to smile with mouth opened, big sincere smiles:’)

((( แล้วนำ้ตาที่คลออยู่ก็ค่อยๆยอมไหลลงมาจูบรอยยิ้มของผม )))

((( the drops of tears waiting in line in my eyes started to surrender to gravity and fell down with JOY )))

จากนั้นผมเหมือนได้สายตาใหม่ขึ้นอีกครั้ง

It felt like my eyes had been renewed/reborn again…

ผมมองทุกคนและสรรพสิ่งใหม่มากขึ้น (แม้ปกติก็โลกสวยอยู่แล้ว-อ่านใจน.ร.บางคน)

I started to see a new reality, new heaven and new earth… the way everything is supposed to be seen and appreciated. Every pixel is more vibrant and beautiful.

ทุกคนสมบูรณ์และสวยงามมากรู้ไหม?

Do you know and feel that you are of Divine, whole, complete, sufficient, great-looking and beautiful?

ให้สัญญากับผมว่าจะตื่นขึ้นมารู้ซึ้งถึงความจริงข้อนี้ให้ได้! หลุดพ้นการเป็นเหยื่อของโฆษณาที่สะกดจิตบอกเป็นนัยเสมอว่า คุณสวย-หล่อ-รวยไม่พอ ต้องมาซื่อนี่ลงทุนนั่น…
Promise me that you will fathom this Truth and let it set you free (free from all mainstream commercials that u need to buy more, get rich, do surgery), soon, #hereAndNow.
